  1. NPP government knows very well that the successful prosecution of “white-collar” crime requires watertight evidence. Kroll has that sophistication to gather incontrovertible evidence
  2. NPP government, through the Senior Minister, contracts Kroll to work on all suspected cases of corruption by officials of the NDC government.
  3. Mr Domelevo, the Auditor General and a “last hour” appointee of Mr John Mahama wants Kroll to submit all the files containing evidence against NDC government appointees to him to prove work done before they’re taken to the courts.
  4. Kroll seems to hold the view that it will be inappropriate to hand over those files containing classified evidence against NDC appointees to Mr Domelevo (the last hour NDC appointee) before taking them to the courts.
  5. Domelevo then goes after Kroll and alleges that they have received payments for no work done since they’re not ready to disclose the content of their work.
  6. Kroll is prepared to share its classified work with the court but not Mr Domelevo for obvious reasons.
